Whipped Body Butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup raw shea butter
2 oz sweet almond oil - or - jojoba oil
Essential oils of your choice (examples: Lavender, Peppermint, Orange)
Directions:
1. Using a saucepan over low heat, melt the coconut oil, Shea butter and sweet almond oil together completely until they are liquified.
2. Pour into a stainless steel bowl and then place it in the refrigerator.
3. Check on it every few hours to see if it has hardened. You will know it's ready when you can see your finger print in it (this could take anywhere from a few hours to overnight).
4. Whip it up for a few minutes with the mixer until it is light and fluffy like cake icing. Yields 1to 2 cups.
